Nominations for attendees were opened three months prior, and the final cohort was selected two months ago.
Feedback from this year’s seminar, collected via a survey sent out three weeks ago, has been instrumental in planning for next year’s event.
The core curriculum for this seminar was initially developed five years ago but is updated annually.
Post-seminar coaching sessions began last Monday.
