The decision to completely rebuild our flagship software, codenamed ‘Phoenix’, was made about five years ago due to accumulating technical debt and evolving market demands.
The legacy system, which had been in place for nearly a decade, was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain.
The rebuild project officially kicked off four and a half years prior to its completion, with the new version launching last quarter.
User feedback since the launch three months ago has been overwhelmingly positive.
The final module was deployed two days ago.
